Security "Tune" Problem.
So I went on vacation for a week. So last week I uploaded a security tune from flashpro.
It seemed to go swimmingly and the dashboard clicked several times i wasnt sure if it was normal for the Security tune. Anyhow I let it be and went on vacation and came back and now the ECU won't be recognized by flashpro.
I tried everything, from on-offing the ignition to disconnecting and reconnecting the battery but the OBDII port is recognized while the ECU is not.
The FlashPro tab says its in Recovery Mode but the status bar refuses to recognize this problem and just displays an "X" I tried following the help guide but it did nothing.
help is much appreciated.

I loaded the Security Calibration from the AFM/MAP tune config.Hondata wrote:Which calibration did you load?
What software version were you using when you uploaded, and what software version are you using now?
I am using version 1.1.4.4. when I uploaded.
Now I just updated before I came back to 1.1.4.5.
In the FlashPro software can you please go to Help, and click on Send Information to Honda Support. Please makde your you include a detailed description of the problem as well as your email address.

Ugh, I check the box and I check my connection I did it like 3-4 times already. I think the problem is I don't have an internet connection where my car is.Spunkster wrote:still nothing, make sure you check the box.
I try to set it up and get the "send information to hondata" option and wait to get inside to send it still no go. :(
