idle & ignition isuses with ITBs

Post by kistian »

I have problems for stabilice the idle with my ITBs, they're TWM.

on cold, off course, works fine, but when it's hot and change the fuel status, the rpms raise the idle value (1800) and the ECU stop the ignition and injection for drop rpms and it enter in a while of inestability.

for repair the problem, I retard the ignition a lot (like cold ignition) on the afected tables and ranges and the idle works fine, but I detect a rare problem, on WOT, over 6000 rpm the ignition drops 6º from the specified on the ignition table

you can see it right on the datalog "paseo final.kdl", the kal is called "final.kal", you can see the good stability of the idle and in seconds 17 and 37 for example, the drop of the ignition

when I see that problem, I decided to raise the ignition where I droped it and the ignition on WOT works fine, and I decided raise the idle from 1800 to 2800, but the idle don't goes over 2000 rpms and it's unstable

the datalog is too long for upload it here, I had uploaded it to my server: http://docs.foroctr.com/hondata/montmelo_1.kdl
the kal is called "final-2.kal"

you can see the idle instability on the start of the datalog and it don't goes to the rpms specified on the parameters, but along the datalog you can see the ignition works fine

melon, prueba a quitarle de la pestaña

Igntion Compensation --> Medium to high engine load

que tienes 5.25 y 10.75 dejalo en cero.

si asi tampoco chuta, pon tambien en la pestaña Gear Comp--> TPS ignition retard todo a -100

the TPS ignition retard not affect that issuse

¿Igntion Compensation --> Medium to high engine load? ¿where is that?

I use a version 1.3.4.0 for see dates on my desktop because I use only linux, this afternoon I go to see in my laptop, that use newer kmanager version

the TWM vavles don't close too close and enter too many air, but, the k-pro can't manage idle over 1800-2000 rpm and if I stabilize it with ignition retard, the top end ignition is retarded for unknown reason

it's not very important problem, but it's a problem of the EFI system

me parece que mas tiene que ver con las tompetas esas, que no hay mas que quejas en todos los foros, que con el soft de la hondata.

yes, principal problem is from TWM, but when I want to solve it via EFI, the EFI does that problems
