3BAR map cutting out???

Post by hriday »

it seems when I try to run over 2bar the car just cuts out. Is there a preset cut off at over 2 bar built in to the software? If there is such a thing, can I disable it and tune rich at 29 psi so i can run the car to 32psi+.

The 3bar support in Romeditor can handle boost up to about 30 psi. You have to remember that the the entire vacuum area takes up one bar and the 0-30 psi takes up the other 2 bar.

I am aware of this. What I'm asking is if there is a built in cutoff feature when you exceed this boost level? Because, there seems to be one when we attempt to run this much boost. Even though the sensor can only read 2bar positive pressure, would I be able to program it rich at 2bar and boost slightly more?

Check if the boost cut is in 30psi cause the program don't do that if so when you run with an honda map sensor it only read 11 psi and you can go pass that. 8)
Is not what you get, is what you do
