Post by o2blksi »

I have a 2k2 SI. I really love it and i see the potential this new K series engine has to offer its buyers. Coming from a previous boosted b18b1 running Hondata im really looking forward to / hoping for, the release of an ecu upgrade for my ep. should i not count on it?? ..

BTW i noticed that you frequent the clursx board, you might want to join our message board www.ephatch.com (2k2 si board) and let us know of any latest developments if any . thanks for your time 02blksi aka joe. :D

RELEASED? YES. SOON? NO. READ the news article about it. They are doing everything they can. Seems that the more they work on it the more things that they need to do on it.

Been at their office and It's not the only work that they need to do.

Doug, keep up the good work with your Hondata systems! I'd be proud to add a Hondata tuned ECU to my 2002 Civic SiR. Here's to luck and skill with the tuning!

Hondata ECu modifications for K20A3 Civic hatch

Post by Hondata »

Be aware that there are many hardworking people at Hondata and that I (Doug) am just one of several who answers this forum.

I have access to a Civic which I should be able to put on the dyno and test ECU modicfications over the next few weeks. If there is anyone close to Torrance CA who would like to participte in a Beta test program please contact the office and leave a name and number and the modifications you have.

Doug,
thanks for replying. I as well as the others appreciate your hard work and dedication. I unfortunatly do not live close enough to you (CT) to be of more assitance, but im sure someone will come through with a test vehicle (I WISH I COULD!) Anyways i also noticed you (or someone else from this site) registered on our board (ephatch.com) and applaud you for doing so, dont be a stranger. Good luck tuning the K20A3 I as well as others will be counting the days till we can put our greasy hands on a Hondata system ! --Regards --joe
