Hi. I have a bored 65mm (stock is 60mm) throttle body in a 2007 Civic Si. The problems here are two. First, the ECU is always trying to keep the idle at 1500rpms while the car is moving, example: If I´m driving at 60mph and I shift to neutral, the rev goes to 1500 / 1700 rpms and stays there until the car stops completely, then is goes slowly to 850 rpms.
Second problem is related to TPS: When I take my foot off the pedal the car keeps accelerating for the next 2 seconds and then the injectors turn off causing a jerk. Same thing happens when I accelerate after this situation occurs but when accelerating is due to the injectors starting to work again.
PS: Between gears (shifting) the rev raises 300rpms (it sucks big time)
Any help on where to go to fix these issues?

I´m sorry, forgot the most important information, this car still uses the stock ECU, the engine is being breakthrough, I´m installing the flash pro thursday. This car also has drag cartel cams, hi compression pistons, runs alcohol (very popular here in brazil) has headers, light flywheel, CAI, larger injectors... I use to tune all Sis I build with E-Manage (http://www.youtube.com/user/VTecBrazil?blend=2&ob=1) but theres no doubt that the flash pro is way better. So the reason I´m coming here is to avoid a lot of time to get to the point if someone already did the same thing.
Thanks everyone, any info will be apreciated.
