high idle!!

ok I just started my car up with hondata for the 1'st time and it ran fine. I started revving it and playing with the gas and then it got stuck at 5000 rpms. I shit it off and restarted it and it does the same thing, and then I shut it off and removed the negative terminal for a minute and it still does the same thing. what do I do?

the idle is probably set wrong......check it out....Id also make sure the throttle rotor is unobstructed
