Fuel table question...
Fuel table question...
I'm new to the S300 well actually new to tuning in general. I have a question on the normal fuel table versus the lambda (data logged) view. I am only street tuning right now. Is the lambda view what I use to see where my fuel is at? Then I go to the fuel tables and adjust as necessary to achieve my target lambda??? I know I probably sound like an idiot... just trying to clarify.
An idiot is someone who doesnt ask questions ,therefore just impeding their own progress...
U have 3 lambda tables there,
1st one(left) gives your datalogged values overlaid on the tables
3rd one is the target lambda values that u have entered in the settings menu.
2nd one(in the middle) gives u the change in fuel values from the datalogged values that u will have to enter at the fuel table to achieve what u have laid out on the target lambda tables.
If u prefer to use AF instead of lambda ,just go and change that on the overlay settings in the Settings menu as well.

U could say that the high speed fuel/ignition tables are for 'VTEC' since they are switched by the values u input on the 'VTEC' parameters tab....& in turn this switching action toggles your 'VTEC' spool valve....
But if u hacked into Smanager & renamed the 'VTEC' parameters tab to 'High Speed Tables Switching' tab & didnt have or didnt need 'VTEC' would u then say it is strictly for 'VTEC'?
