Idling problem K20A2

Post by elputcho »

Hi all,

I'm from Belgium and I just bought a KPRO ECU to put a K20A2 in my Lotus Elise (K20A2 factory setup : mulitplexer off, emissions error checking disabled).

- serial number of your K-Pro : 37820-PRA-E13
537984-5816
- KManager version (not 'the latest') : 1.3.9
- the calibration (as an attachment) : http://uploading.com/files/c68948c1/Lot ... setup.kal/
- what sort of vehicle you have Lotus Elise S1 K20A2
- what sort of ECU you are using : Keihin
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc) : decat.

I started the engine for the first time this morning but the idle is not stable.

It's not my car on the video but mine make exactly the same sound.

The printscreen of the display has been taken while the engine was just off but the air to fuel ratio is always 14.7 (I will order a new O2 sensor tomorrow)

You should fix the errors:

P0563 means that your wiring harness has the main relay incorrectly wired.

P0135 means the o2 sensor is missing or incorrectly wired.

Hi all,

Can you tell me if this O2 sensor is ok for the Hondata?
The price is 153€, what do you think about it?

Is it difficult to make the setting in Hondata or it's plug and drive (by exception of the fifth wire)?
