AFR will not read below 11.89

I am running a PLX M300 which registers AFRs below 11.89 fine. However in hondata, it will not log or show below 11.89. I am running the wideband input to the ELD wire. Hondata is set to register the wideband on this wire. Under the options, sensors, ELD is set to 0 to 5 V range, AFR is set 10-16 range. The voltage offset in the closed loop tab is -0.33 V. ELD is disabled in the check box.

Any ideas?

Have you cut the resistors like the instructions say?

No resistors were cut.

It said some ecus may need them removed so I was not sure if that was necessary. I can remove them if that is your recommendation.
