updated k-pro with a new version and now the car wont start

i have been using the same computer for tuning my car (02 civic turbo d17a2) for the past year with never updating the version. the computer went to shit and i bought a new one....after redownloading the software and uploading it to my car the car will turn over but wont stay running.... just wondering if it b/c of the new version i downloaded?? and if anyone has had this problem before and fixed it...thanks

i am using the 1.3.7.0 now... the version that was in the car was 1.2.8.0
