ECU problems with aH22 swap

I have a accord 2 door that had a single over head cam 2.3L. I swaped it with a H22 from a 95 prelude. The motor in its current state has a H23 bottom end and a H22 Vtec topend. The car only runs properly with the stock ECU from the original SOHC motor. NO vetc. I bought a brand new 95 p13 ecu for the car installed it. the car idles around 300-500 rpms with a stutter ocasionaly. when driving the car it feels like it is running on only 2 cylinders.Is there something I need to ajust with timming or is this an injector problem. What is going wrong.Any help would be much apriciated.[/b]
