CEL Help with K-Pro

First off, I just ordered K-pro and shipped my ecu out today. I have a 2003 Rsx-S with 70k

My primary o2 sensor took a shit and I have already replaced that. I am not throwing no codes for primary o2 and replaced it with the OEM sensor and currently has roughly about 300 miles.

My secondary o2 took a shit when I did my race header install and I replaced that as well. But now I am throwing a code P0139 which is related to secondary sensor.

I do run a defouler on the second sensor furthest away from the engine.

I have to go through inspection in ny soon, and I can avoid the "visual inspection" of a cat..

BUT with the CEL, is there anyway I can get rid of that aside from disabling the OBDII system in K-pro.. I want to get rid of the P0139 light or disable the secondary sensor.

If possible can someone please guide me.

So what your saying is to disable OBDII when getting an inspection? I have one coming up in April. I am running a RH an, there are no visual checks for cats here in mass.
