Distributor problem.
Howdy ya'll. I figured out my first problem was the distributor.
You see the engine is a 90'(Integra) and I put it into my 92' Integra. The 90' distributor for some reason was causing my ECU to not run the injectors. When I put the 92' distributor on, it will only run with the distributor so far advanced that it goes past the three bolt holes to mount it, and obviously that's not good for the car. I guess that the shaft in the distributors are @ different angles to each other, and the sensors are different, thus causing problems w/ the ECU. There is no way that I could come up with to combine the two to make it work. Is there a kit, or an aftermarket distributor to get this sucka working? Thanks in advance.

The PR4 ECU, wiring harness, and intake are 92'.
The block, head, and auto trans are from my recently deceased 90'.
I don't have any other parts from the 90' other than the distributor and intake. There's got to be a way that I can make my current setup work with out having to change everything, I would think. Thanks again.

by intake, do you mean intake manifold??? if so, does that include the injectors???
if yes, you should be fine fuel wise
if no, you need the 92+ injectors
and for the dizzy, you need the 0bd 1 dizzy. i do not know how you got your obd 0 dizzy to plug into your obd 1 harness. DO you have the OBD upper harness too (Head stuff) if not. get one

My current setup is:
PR4 ECU
92' Injectors
92' Wiring
92' Dist.
The 92' dist. does not seem to be in time w/ the 90' engine.
The 90' dist. works perfect except for the fact I have to pour fuel down the intake to keep it running :/ .. since the injectors don't work w/ it.
I took the terminals out of the plug so I can connect the 90' dist. I have the 90' injectors still. Will the 92' ECM work with the 90' dist. and injectors if I have the resistor box, and I dremel out the little notch on the injector plug? I can skank the resistor box out of my 88' CRX if so.
