Vss CEL prob after new swap

I started off with a 04 k20a2 engine and trans. I got a deal on a 05 K24a2 longblock that I couldn't pass up. The k20a2 had no CEL codes. After mating the k24a2 longblock to the k20a2 trans, I have a VSS malfunction CEL, but there seems to be no differrence in my speedometer. Is there something I am doing wrong in kpro or just a faulty VSS? Thanks for any help---Have a great day!-Casey

BTW I am running the tsx calibration with the 45 vtc and 310 injectors from kpro.

If the transmission has not changed then more than likely you have a damaged wire or a VSS problem.

I just thought it was weird that the MPH gauge works fine and is still throwing a code. I will check my wires. I can't seem to find a part number for a new k20a2 vss. Does anyone have a link?-
