I noticed mine get a little loose when I first got my FlashPro and hadn't mastered the technique to get the adapter in and out of the port at that angle with ease. I've heard of other guys having loose connecting ports, but never of anybody having the actual data stream break up.

Does the issue only happen when the vehicle is running? I know the wrong spark plugs can interfere with the FlashPro and its reading of information.

The issue is at every time I plug in the obd connector. Once the power led stay on if I move the cable for any reason, I lose the connection. I thought to try to get an OBD II extension. Maybe the plugs connections will be tied, but this is only guesswork

Check for bent pins and make sure you have it securly connected, perhaps the actual port has come loose a little bit in the car.
