F22A OR H23 basemap needed

I need either a f22 or h23 stock basemap to start tuning, unless someone knows if I could start with the h22 base map and dissable vtec. any help would be awesome.

I am way new to this!
I have a 93 prelude (H23) and have a p72 with s300 installed. I just installed the new ECU and none of the base maps that come with the Smanager will run my H23 as smooth as it was stock. Can I get some help??? Please.

I took and h22 base map and changed injector sized and gear ratios. Runs and drives pretty good just very rich, but its a good start. Theres another one on the forums but the guy started with a turbo h22 map I feel mine runs way better. I am also looking for an f22a single no vtec map if anyone finds one. Thx
