K series ECU + immobilizer swap

my 02 was totalled, but i got the ECU out. if i where to get a new RSX, can swap the ECU AND immobilizer, will that work? i still have to go to dealer ?

You will have to have your Honda or Acura dealer reprogram the keys and immobilizers.
