Stock calibration?

Post by vkendea »

Hello to everybody, I am a new user of Hondata Flashpro!
I was wondering how I can download the existing stock calibration from the ECU to my laptop, so I can be able to restore it at any time.
Is this possible?

When you unlock the FlashPro from the ECU it restores the original ECU calibration.

You cannot save your original calibration with FlashPro.

Are you sure that unlocking the FlashPro restores the "original" calibration? That would be nice, but I thought it would simply apply the FlashPro's "Stock Equivalent" calibration.

WHen you click on "New Calibration" you will see the option for return to stock. That is the stock calibration.

Thank you, that was clear!
There is a misunderstanding with the .fpcal filenames for FN2...
So, Civic-Si-RSP-9-RTS.fpcal is the stock calibration of the FN2 or is equivalent to stock and maybe they are some deference with them?

Return to stock = stock calibration, factory calibration.

Stock equivalent = just that

why are the CVN's of your guys' stock calibrations different than hondas then? That means yours arent exactly the same, which also means it is detectable by honda.
