PWM Checking

Post by jiggacivic »

i had my US P72 ecu modified for PWM(Hondata S300) is there a way to check if the output on A11 is actually working. My car is not boosted as yet and i don't have the soleniod as yet either,i just want to know if the output modification of the ecu works, can i check it using a multimeter or other device, other than the soleniod.

No there is not a way to test it without a solenoid. If the components have been installed correctly then it should work.

posibly!

so you had boost component install
A11 wire should have negative circurt when receive signal from MAP sensor
use multimeter set to audible connect one side to A11 and the other on ground chasis
set boost as low as posible
take off MAP sensor from TB turn IGN ON dont start
try to compress air to MAP sensor
A11 should send signal to multimeter

BEEEEP

good luck!

Thats a good way to destroy the MAP. Make sure you have a regulator on your air line if you do that ^.
