J12 and new s200 install??

Post by t2000si »

I just recieved my p28 and s200 from Hondata. It looks like the p28 is setup already except the J12 spot isn't cut. Do I have to cut it before installing? Also I recieved 2 resistors/ capacitors with my chip. One with a black stripe and one with red & brown stripes on it. Do I need to do anything with these since my ecu was socketed from Hondata? I did a search and read the install manual but I am still unsure. Any help would be great. Thanks.

After searching some more I found out I don't need the 2 capacitors that came with it. Although I'm still very confused on this J12 connection. Half the posts say cut it the other half says don't cut. Anyone know for sure?
