My KPRO board doesn't want to work with a PRA ECU

I have a PRD ECU with KPRO board installed (#5006) that works fine.

I got a EP3 Civic GrN with PRA ECU and K100 (#455) already installed that works fine.

I want to remap this last PRA ECU so I put my KPRO board from my PRD ECU into the PRA ECU instead of the K100.

My laptop with vista and KManager v1.3.7.0 works fine with my PRD/KPRO.

When I try to DOWNLOAD/CLEAR Security/UPLOAD the PRA with the KPRO board installed, I get always a FAILED !!
I checked 3 times, the KPRO board is correctly installed.

No way to change anything in the PRA ECU... it's still work fine if I put its K100 board.

Communication between laptop and KPRO is good : "Read Information" works, Green light ON and Red Flashing.

Any idea ?

On the PRA ECU the problem is the wiring modifications necessary for programming the ECU. Since they are not used by the K100, it works, but the KPro will not.

Thanks for your answer, I thought about wiring, I've checked it and the more pin that use Kpro. All wiring seems same as you can see on attached pics

The depth of the wiring on the back is critical.

Who did the wiring, and has the ECU ever allowed programming?

These 2 ECU are wired by same people, I'm sure, 2 pics are really same, same wires, same ways, same bad soldering...
I think these 2 ECU came from belgian tuner ELR but I don't know if it installed the Kpro himself. I took them as used parts.
You are true, may be the PRA still run the stock program, I will check that...
