Are there any other costs?

Yes.

- Air Fuel ratio sensor from a US 2004-2005 D17 Civic (Part # 36531-PLR-003)
- VTC cam control mechanism to allow greater than 25 degrees cam advance
The Air fuel sensor is equivalent to the RSX-S sensor. This is a plug in replacement for the front air fuel ratio sensor. You may purchase this from your Honda or Hondata dealer . An Air fuel ratio sensor is required to pass a smog test (note that the K-Pro is for off road use only) and can also be datalogged for tuning purposes.

You will need to machine a TSX VTC mechanism to allow 45 degrees of cam advance.
