Possible to convert 05-06 kpro back to 02-04 kpro?

No, we do not convert them back.

Possible to make it work in a swapped car?

My 06 is kpro'd and was going to put it back to stock and use the kpro in the ek i'm building.

No, you will be better off selling what you have to someone with an 05-06 RSX and then getting the correct K-Pro for your new application.
