Car already tunned, how do i save ? Want to make adjustments

I bought the car with hondata s300 already installled and have all software. I'm looking to increase the boost but want to keep same tune but add more fuel ? if that is possible please post... just have all software, dont really have any knowledge about tunning. Was wondering if i could make some adjustments with out corrupting the current one.... any help is appreciated thanks.... Car has a b18c1 with rods and pistons currently on 12psi looking to increase to about 15-18 psi, car has 660cc injectors thanks...

yes you can upload the map from the S300 to your laptop. then save it. then you can datalog and tune the car. i suggest you look more into how to tune before attempting or have a pro do it.

What is your wastegate set to?
Do you have a boost controller?

Do a LOT of reading on how to read fuel/ignition maps.

Maybe you can take it to your local tuner and have him make a small adjustment.

My tuner did mine for free. Pretty chill guy. I've been going to him for years.

Wastegate is on 12psi now and no boost controller, to prevent me from increasing the boost at a given moment lol... im going to put a bigger spring in it but want to keep same tune just increase the fuel thats all... any feedback will help thanks...

instead of buying a new spring how about an Electronic Boost control from Hondata. This will allow you to increase boost and can be selected by gear. so if you drag race to get traction in first you can set it to waste gate spring then raise the boost in other gears. example 1st-12psi 2nd-14psi 3,4,5 17psi...

To answer the question on saving the Tune there is an option under.
Online > Download.
This allows you to download the existing tune off the ECU and then you can save the file.
It works well with my Win XP laptop and Windows 7 but a friend has an error with his Vista Laptop.

From there you always have a backup of the tune just don't overwrite it. Then you can make adjustments and if you do not like it open the old tune and reupload it.
As mentioned professional experience is recommended as far as tuning goes Dyno is the only way in my opinion.

Yeah my laptop runs off of vista lol... i tried to download it and it just showed it reading but nothing else... ?

I completely skipped that abortion of an operating system and went to Win7 my first recommendation is to google how to wipe old drivers and update the USB drivers again.

Also rightclick the smanager .exe and go to properties see if you can run it as Administrator see if there is an Unblock button. OR possible run it as Windows XP SP3 and temporarily disable the Windows Firewall as it may be blocking the program.

I think those options are available in Vista again I never used it.
