not yet..just got the car running again today.. had to hunt down a starter.

anyway, at idle im seeing 12.2 on the PLX, and 14.7 on hondata.

ive tried changeing the volts 0 .2 .3 .4, it doesnt seem to change the number on the PLX.

but ill try a new map, see if that does anything.

It shouldnt change the number on the PLX it should change it in the Hondata. Have you checked your wiring?

Well i recommend the WB wire to the ELD pin in the ecu harness. Also the analog ground from the wideband box to the ecu ground, the analog ground is the bottom left pin on the white 4 pin connector on the PLX box. disable ELD in Smanager after soldering wb in there, and make sure it says wb is on ELD then change your offsets.

This is OP, forgot my password and cant log into my account..anyway, i lied it doesnt move the number closer..i looked at the wireing and i have no bloody clue what im looking at.. so ill have to take it to the guy that did the install.

on a better note.. i found some DSM 440's :D

update..car runs alot better now with the 440's, and a new map. the AF numbers are close, also. but ill still get my buddy to have a loot at it..

thanks DA for all your help, much appricated!! :)

No problem. Yes if you use the ELD input as your wide band have ELD dissabled in the Hondata. tell your buddy you want ELD soldered to the WB and the analog ground soldered to D21 or 22.

are you running a resistor box with those injectors? did you check the Ohm of the injector because Hondata cant run a certain DSM injector it being some weird 6ohm. my dsm 390 are 3ohm and most 450s should be 3ohm aswell.

I have been running my DSM's for over a year no problems. seen plenty of people running them in Hondata systems no problems. they are not good as RC's in any way but they are cheap and alot of people have them in honda communities.

I cant find the post on Honda Tech anymore spunk that was like 20 pages long of why hondata doesnt support dsm injectors and where you said because of testing 1 injector that wouldnt work because a resistance issue.

turboex
Dont call hondata on this issue. I delt with them along time ago, i talked to doug and he said they were fine. Now just a month back i had a problem wih the chip being bad and the tech guy at hondata told me that it was the dsm injectors and that you cant use them with hondata. I asked to speak to his boss or doug and none of them were around. I hope they fired his ass! He told me i did not know what i was doing and those injectors would never work, even though i had been running them with the same setup for 2 years and never had a problem and back in the day before he worked there doug had told me over the phone that they were fine to use. Dude those injectors will work fine, just make sure your resistance is correct, via resistors or what ever.
Since i couldnt find your post i found this 1 that was rather interesting...
