Real Time Update

hello everyone
I have an issue with S300 in that it does not want to update changes in real time. I have to hit the upload button every-time to make any changes. The data log button is pressed, it says it online, I'm confused any help is welcome.

Hello again. What version of Smanager are you running? Also Real time has the check mark next to it correct?

Yes the live update in the options drop down is selected. I decided to borrow my brothers laptop and I worked fine. So the issue is with my laptop will reload Smanage again and see what happens.

I think the post should include OS and service pack if applicable I have no problems with Win XP 32bit and Windows 7 64/32 bit but a friends Dell with Vista crashes all the time. Also try a different USP header set if you have more than 1 set of USB ports
