Let me first say I am extremely unhappy that I had to put together the dual system which cost a fortune and now this comes out.
What is needed to change from a dual to this?
Do we have to send back the stock ecu to Hondata?
Is there some kind of discount?
I don't use any of the features that are not available and would love to get my cruise control back.

What's up. long time no talk. let see you also had the reflash ~$600 and now the kpro ~$1300 ($1400-$100 reflash discount) for a total of ~$1,900?
you could break even if you sold your kpro for $1,500 (ecus & hardness) plus the buyers stock ECU
then buy the flashpro stright up for ~$700. you would net $1,100 which is what you would have paid for the reflash + flashpro + reflash discount - - the rsx ecu...
what did you pay for the rsx ecu? or did you get if from hondata? if that the case then you're in the hole another ~$500 even if you sale it. so may as well keep it...

You're forgetting the cost to put the stock ECU back to stock which was quoted somewhere ($100+?).
The main reason is getting rid of the rsx ecu + nasty long harness and getting back the cruise control (not a big deal but why not)
Still hoping Hondata has a plan for us because I am sure every dual kpro user out there is cursing right now.

i never liked the rsx piggyback deal. Ever since I purchased kpro for my ’02 rsx I’ve thought someone needs to come up with programming software via the factory service connector and now we do – it’s unbelievable…
