Hi there,
I'm working on a 2003 Civic D17 and have the required Hondata RSX-S ECU.
The engine is running 1650cc injectors, E100 and a GT3076. Lambda is measured using a MoTeC PLM, however this is not wired into the ECU.
Engine starts and runs fine.
There is one thing that has got me a little worried. I'm able to set ALL of the cells in the high and low fuel table to 0 and the engine will still run. It'll start up, run and run quite well, but acceleration suffers. I can slowly ramp up the RPM, but stabbing the throttle kills the engine. Let's disregard the accel issue for the moment as it is beside the point - I simply can't understand why I can run with zeroes in the table!
Just to be sure, I disconnected from the ECU, shutdown KManager, turned the engine off, let it sit for 5 minutes, turned it back on and downloaded the ECU configuration. Guess what? All zeros. No latent values, just zeros.
Is anyone able to shed some light as to what could be going on?
Cheers,
Steve K
