I'm not prepared to go any futher until you have proven that you have verified that the vehicle wiring is the same.

ppfffff you told me to check the wiring!! I got the manual from my honda dealer here in belgium. i donwload a US version 01-03 model and compared them. i am gonna say it again my 04 model is the same as US 01-03 model
not as a US 04 model! that what you wanted to
know! now you dont want to go further in to this. do you think i am a fool??
I work with TCU what are verry similar as a ECU!

So what you wanne see?do i have to post you all wiring diagram that you
probably wont check and how would you know that their are not the same?
Did you checked it? then proof me wrong!

You need to compare the ETMs for each vehicle. The regular manual will not show the actual vehicle wiring, only the pinouts. You can't skip over this step, because the wiring must be different otherwise it would work without changes.

Also in the us manual everything from my d17euro type is refered to the 01-03 us manual. I still dont think it a wiring issue. Guy from cpl also encounterd other problem getting a ECU fried... low bat cranking ,ESD ,...
next week an other friend here in belgium will get his cam gear and is going
to install his kpro (PNF) and if this one runs fine than its deff an other problem.

Here are the issues that I see between the two ECUs.

Connector B
18-wht/grn-Alternator control Not present on EUDM?

This is the alternator control wire and is one of 5 wires on the green alternator plug on a US Civic. How many wires does your plug have?

Connector E
5-yel/blu- Fuel tank pressure sensor voltage source Not present on EUDM?
14-lt grn-Fuel tank pressure sensor signal wire Not present on EUDM?

These are 2 of 3 wires coming from your fuel tank harness for your fuel pressure signal. Where are they on your car?

20-blu/red-EVAP bypass solenoid valve Not present on EUDM?
21-lt grn/red-EVAP Canister shut valve Not present on EUDM?

For the EVAP system components underneath the vehicle (not the solenoid attached to the TB). Do you have these?

30-red/wht-Write enable signal Not present on EUDM?

Goes to the OBD-2 reader port underneath the driver's side of the console. Do you have this?

The other missing ones (ELD and cruise control) aren't terribly difficult to get around. UNLESS they are wired differently.
