I have a european version of Civic Type R EP3 ...

On board I have already:
- Hondata KPro,
- AEM CAI,
- Toda Racing manifold,
- Supersprint Racing exhaust (mid pipe straight true & back box).

Im in need of a new calibration for this setup so can anyone help me there ??? Maybe cranny  :) ???

Many thanks ...

you need to supply a datalog too.

datalog needs to be at least 20 minutes
all normal driving EXCEPT one WOT pull.
WOT pull needs to be in 3rd gear , from 2000 rpm(not 4500) to redline.
DO NOT roll on the throttle when doing your pull.
ecu MUST be in open loop which it wasnt again.

Ok I did manage to do the datalog ... Its more than 20 mins ... I did two 3rd gear pulls and one 4th gear pull as well ... Hope that will do for You buddy ...

I have a problem with uploading the datalog (probably size is the problem) so I used rapidshare to upload ... Sorry for any problems ...

you dont have a wideband..? lol . if not , thats a very good and necessary start.

you dont have any knock , but it looks like your running very conservative timing for that engine. what kind/octane fuel do you run?

Ur talkin about the wideband O2 sensor (second lambda) ??? I do have it but its disabled in the KPro coz of the CEL (I have a Toda Racing manifold so no cat) ...

Im driving on a approx 97 octane fuel here in Ireland ... Its called E5 (sold on Maxol garages) and theyre sayn its 99 octane but majority of tuners says its more like 97 ...

without a wideband , you get no air/fuel ratio readout , so without one , no tuning. buy an aftermarket one and ill show you how to wire it up to Kpro. PLX or AEM. i like AEM myself.
