96 Integra
k20a2 Motor
PRB Hondata KPRO (from Locash)
Rcrew PNP Harness (works perfectly with few cars we've done)
2 Grounds from the Tranny / 1 Gound from the Valve Cover/head / Harness Ground onto the head (coolant out neck bolt). Rcrew Harness ground onto the tranny and coolant neck bolt on the head)

Newest Kmanager Downloaded 1.3.7.0 June 2009

Gauge etc, lights up. No check Engine.

I want to load in a basemap for a tune but cant upload/erase or anything, ECU is reconized with firmware, etc..tho..

Any ideas?

So is it going online, but showing ignition off?

Yes, USB connect and goes Online.

But IGNITION stays off, even when the KEY is turned on.

Checked the main relay, and thats not it.
Rechecked all my grounds, etc.

Lights in the car/alarm etc, works.
Battery has been relocated, tho, all wiring stays the same, just been moved in front of the fender.

Try the ECU in a known good car.

ECU Tested good.

Actually, I ran a volt meter yesterday to the ECU POWER PIN OUT and there isn't any power there!

I ran a direct 12v line to the ECU, and low and behold. The Ignition shows on!, in Kmanager. I guess its something to do with the Rcrew harness. Not correctly jumping power to the ECU.
