Help Updating Kpro ECU

Hi I have a K20 Crx running kpro. I took the car to a performance shop to get error codes read but the software seems to have some sort of conflict because my ecu seems to be a earlier verion. I would like guidance on how to bring my ecu up to date so i can see my error codes and repair my car. Thanks

update Kmanager on your computer with the latest version and then upload your calibration to the ecu.
