Problem I Keep Having (Cranny?)

This is prolly the 3rd-4th time Ive had this problem.

I will do a pull, and I will get an AFR reading like this. If I try and remove any fuel from the maps, it will hit lean cut.

As you can tell from the datalog, running this rich, the car runs very slowly.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

here load this on and datalog again. any reason you have the vtec pressure switch disabled? is this a jdm engine?

its USDM but the sensor randomly throws a code so I disabled it.
