Car bogging/leaning out around 3k rpm

Okay so I picked this car up a few months ago. For a month everything was awesome, 2,000 miles on the motor 421 whp on the soft tune. Then one of the walbro 255's went out (running full blown double pump). Replaced the faulty pump, replaced the fuse which was blown with it and the car is still running like crap. Heres a data log with the car warming up and a cruise up to highway speeds shifting at about 3k when it bogs and leans out. Its a b20 block, sleeved, forged 9:1, b16 head basically all skunk2 inside, 14 lbs of boost. I'm new to boosted hondas just knew all motor previous to this car. If anyone has some input it will be greatly appreciated, or if any more info is needed let me know im going crazy over this!
