Problem with Fan always on (MY06+ S2000)

Post by eternallx »

Hey I have a base tune from my tuner and a final tune.
However when I load my final tune the fan stays on constantly with the key in the ignition.

This goes away if I load the Hondata KW tune or the base tune.
Please have a look at the kals. The fan is set on at 168 degree on both kals.

It doesnt matter what I set it to in the final tune. It will still run when the key is in and the ect is only 100 degrees or less.

Like i said the fan only kicks in at 168 on the base tune. which is how i would like it on my final tune.

I set it to 168 to match my lower temp thermostat.

So you see no other problems with the kal?

We also advise against using colder thermostats.

Post your calibration and a datalog showing the problem.
