can you add more rows and columns in romeditor somehow?

I cant find a way to add more rows after adjusting base maps. I would like to fine tune some specific areas in the table rather than average them out.
for instance
-30 to 0 to + 22 psi like this " -30 -29 -28 ~ 0 +1 +2 and so on , RPMS in 250rpm increments after the 2500 rpm mark to 10000.
Is there a way to hack it or adjust it? Cant find out how.
