JRSC boost rising with RPM

Post by jordancivic »

I know this isnt a Kpro related problem, but you guys have lot of experience with this system so thought i'd ask here for advice.

Having a problem with a K20 CTR JRSC @ 10psi, the boost continues rising past 10 psi in relationship to RPM upto 16psi or so if i took it that high. The car has a 2.25" header and exhaust with 100cell CAT and i believe this is the cause of the problem. I would like to know what size exhaust people reccommend for use with the JRSC, or any other suggestions.

Thanks

You have a restriction in the exhaust. find the restriction and eliminate that. You really should have a minimum of 2.5 inch exhaust piping.
