cold start tables

I was hoping someone could walk me through or at least explain the basic concept of getting my car to idle hot and cold. Got tuned and runs really good in the high end but I still need to get it to idle and warm up properly. Also part throttle isn't exactly smooth.

For this you should contact whoever tuned it as this is all part of the tuning process and it sounds like they only did part of the job.
