The fault that is supposedly on the mother board was also having an effect on uploading a new basemap. Hence the reason for failed upload and unable to update usb drives....I eventually was able to upload a map but only when I held the usb in a certain position. Sending the ECU in after Tuesday.....There should be some sort of sticky on troubleshooting.

Emailed kingmotorsports and they sent me a troubleshoot list. I'm guessing this is the same chart they would go off of if I sent it to them. The only step I didn't do was swap my kpro into another Ecu. Going to try this and see what happens. I really need my car running! Grrrr!

Does anybody have any suggestions? Hondata? Spunkster?

Have you contacted or taken it to one of the K-Pro installers listed on our dealer page to have them check it out for you yet? King Motorsports is not an installer. IF you do not want to send the ECU anywhere this is the next step you must take.

Sent my ECU to Joe, at locash racing, and he concluded that there was a fault with the ecu. It was not powering the Kpro daughter board. So, I sourced another PRB, sent it to locash and joe reinstalled my Kpro on the new ECU. Problem solved. Just got it back today and Green light comes on. Thanks for all the help. Hopefully this will be helpful.
