newbie question

i am starting to learn about kpro.
i uploaded the calibrations that was in the ecu which was k20a2 with i/h/e stock cams.
i went through it and changed vtec and what not to the stock calibrations and specs which i got from the stock tuned calibrations.
wen i test drive it a/f ratio is 14-15. as soon as i let off the gas pedal it reads out 32+. mostly on low rpm below 2000.

just want to know if anyone can help me with this.

i havent done any datalogging yet because im just starting to learn more about kpro.

where im located in kauai,hawaii we dont have anywhere to dyno tune so most people here street tune.
can ship out car to neighbor island to get tuned but not risking car being stolen. so stuck with tuning myself.

It is normal for it to read lean when you let off the throttle as your injectors are shut off.

it stays lean the entire time when i dont give gas.
