On a side note, you are maxing out the PWM duty cycle as well, which is probably your problem.. What gate springs are you running, what turbo, etc?

cant remember what springs are in there but we are changing them this week and im running a gt4088. we had it so the pwm should only run 99% at the most but I guess thats cutting it too close and its spiking?

I don't know how to. I am not the tuner just the owner. I asked how to do it so I could.

Post it the same way you posted the calibration. If you don't have the calibration contact your tuner and have them email it to you.

Look at your air temp compensation table while looking at the datalog and you will see that you are adding 2% duty cycle to the 99% you already have set whihc bsically makes it go back to 1% (99 = 2 = 101%) and excedeing 100% cannot occur. Either remove the compensation correction or you may need to increase the wastegate spring pressure.
