Can p45 ECU be used with s300/which ecu to use

Hi there and sorry for newbie questions..
I'm building an european -94 accord with f20z1 engine (SOHC non-VTEC, basically a destroked f22) and needing an engine management system for my setup. So, I probably cannot use the stock p45 ecu with s300, or could I? If not, what ecu would work with that engine and s300?

To use a Hondata system, you will need to use a compatible OBD1 ecu from the list at http://www.hondata.com/ecus.html
