How to fix knock w/ cal

I did a datalog and came up with 81 knocks pulling on 3rd gear (even though the kmanager says 4th)... How do I go about fixing this because it looks like its running alittle rich at 11-12:1... Do I add fuel to that to make it close to 14??? Also, the VTC is supposed to advance to 45 degrees but it only advanced to 40 when i let off the gas... I just would like to bring it to a point to safe to drive until I get everything together for a tune... Thanks in advance!

If you get detonation then you must remove timing from the areas of the map where the detonation occurs.
