Other unused sensors

Since the Hondata system is based of a OBD 1 system I am assuming that the secondary O2 sensor is not used and the wiring is just ignored. I am planning on buying an aftermarket catalytic converter, so I wanted to see if I should even bother having a bung put in for the other sensor. Can I just remove it altogether without ending up with a CEL? Are there other sensors that are obsolete with the OBD 1 from and OBD 2 car?
