Got a funny problem, S200 system was working perfectly (p08 ecu), then I went away for the holidays, and to protect the car from theft I removed the distributor cap (bit hard to drive without one), then when I came back and put it back together everything was as per normal with driving, and evrything seemed perfect.
But now, i sometimes get an unusual problem, while driving the check light will come on, and as soon as I hit boost the engine will die, then come on again if I take my foot off the accelerator (and the check light will turn off), I have datalogs of what happens, when the check light is on, hondalogger shows no ECU error codes, but does state under sensors that the check light is on and when I hit boost the revlimit light goes on and the engine dies.
Sometimes I can be hitting 10 or more psi of boost and then the check will come on and the revlimit kick in, the boost cut is set to 19psi, even tried disabling boost cut totally, still every now and then I'll get a revlimit kick in at about 3000rpm (just when boost comes on)
Any ideas what could cause this??
What could cause the check light to engage but not display an ecu error code and also cause a rev cut?
Problem, revlimit and checklight comes on with boost?? S200

Nope, using a 3bar, everything was working fine until now, tune is good (running 1bar at around 450hp) car was driving fine for a few months, just got this happening as of last week (actually the problem didnt happen at all yesterday)
Is there any particular wires or connections that when they are loose or disconnected can bring up the check light (with no error code) and also cause a rev limit?
