Well, on the instructional DVD from Hondata was said that if you give a bit more revs and then upload, everything sould be fine - maximum would be that the engine will stop and you will have to start it again. But i agree that it is probably safer to do it without engine runing.

Yeah, I've always done it without the engine running. This was the first time it ever happened and hopefully will be the last time. I don't want to damage the ECU because of something stupid like that, that would be another big headache.
