Help with tuning

Im very new to hondata, just did the OBD1-S300 change yesterday. i have the stock JDM b16a map loaded. My problem is when i let off the throttle, my wideband almost instantly says "lean" then "Air" , i am unsure how to fix it. This is surely a noob question, so im sorry in advance lol.

what part of vacuum are u in while reading lean? if you are reading stoich or rich during this period your exhaust will pop because of unburned fuel so this is normal.

From what your talking about when you let off the throttle and the throttle plate closes its called Over run. Over Run will limit injector pulse or sometimes shut them off so the burn will be complete in the cylinder and not in the exhaust. seeing lean when lifting your foot is in this case normal.
