Wideband input questions

Post by b20luda »

I have my LC-1 connected into hondata thru the ELD input, i can get the readings the same from my guage to hondata, but i was messing around and found that the leaner or richer i go from where i adjust the offset (idle about 14.2afr) it goes around a full point leaner than what my LC-1 guage says i had it to where the LC1 read 11.5 and hondata read 12.3 but as i return to around 14 it reads the same...

Im using a PR4 ecu and i have cut the reistors recommended in the help file... any ideas?

Does having the ELD disabled under misc. having any effect on wideband operation?

It may be in how the LC1 is calibrated. This is why we only recommend the PLX widebands, since there is no additinal calibration that can be done to the wideband controller.

I have my LC-1 just hooked up into d14 without modifying anything.

0 volts is 7.35 afr and 5 volts is 22.39 afr on an out of the box lc-1

Mine seems to work perfect hooked up this way (hondata and the guage match up perfect) also make sure you followed the install instructions for the lc-1 properly when you calibrated it.
