Finishing up my tune need a hand... JDM OBD1 H22a.

I have been working on this for several hours and I am having some trouble finishing it up. I need some help smoothing out the air fuel. It has a tendency to get real rich when I let off of the throttle. Even on low load ie: cruising and letting off of the throttle. I am also wondering if my timing is safe for my motor. Sorry I can't post up my datalog right this second I am on my work computer.

I was just hoping you guys could help out a noob. Any suggestion as to what would cause it to go rich when i let off of the throttle would be great. I am going to play with it a little more on the way home from work and then i'll post my datalog and files that go along.

Here is the basemap running my car.
It runs the car great and the air fuels are reasonable.

Between 14 and 14.7 on low throttle and between 13 and 13.5 on heavy throttle or high load.

If someone can look it over and let me know if it is safe to use. For some reason I wasn't able to get the datalog to load up so I'll try it again later. The tune seems safe to me as it runs great and does not detonate. I tried tuning it with the suggested timing from Hondata (the stock h22 file) but the car felt like i needed to shift when i was cruising. Almost like it wanted an imaginary sixth gear.
If anyone want to try to help me smooth out the a/f so it doesn't fluxuate feel free to give me a hand I'm trying to learn.
