my jrsc civic o2 sensor high voltage

Post by karl.hart »

my car keeps putting the engine light on. and dont go into closed loop any advise i have changed the o2 sensor and it made no difference its a uk kpro on a uk car with a jackson racing supercharger and 650cc injectors with dc mani and all the usual bits and bobs mapped at tdi north. i get a bad judder on the motorway aswell around 3000rpm and 3500rpm on part throttle. i will upload a datalog. the light comes on and after a min of deleting it, it runs not to bad but if i turn off the engine and restart the light comes on again and runs rough till i delete it. as soon as i keep my laptop with me and delete it when am driving its fine till the next start up

how do i upload my datalog

Your serial number can be found in KManager by using the 'Online -> Information' window.

The datalog would tell us the error code - the first step is solving the problem. It would also show us the closed loop operation which may have some bearing on your problem.

thank you
my serial is 02498
software is 1.3.5.4

code is p0132 o2 sensor voltage high

on the live data i can see its not going into closed loop even on tick over.
then the light comes on so i delete it without turning off the engine and it runs fine and closedloop starts working sometimes. but then i turn the engine off and restart it does it again really annoying is their any sensors that could be telling it that its a cold engine and not to run closed loop.
